The Callander Community Development Trust invites all amateur photographers to visit Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park with cameras in hand. Enjoy your time here and share your memories by submitting your photos to our ScottsLand 2010 competition.
Enter in four categories:
- Local Landscape – The Big Picture
- Local Landscape – The Smallest Detail
- Local Wildlife – Plants, Animals and Insects
- Local Life – People, Places and Humour
And three age groups:
- Children (P4-7 ages 8-11)
- Young adult (high school ages 12-18)
- Adult
Winning photos will be displayed and prizes awarded at a reception on Saturday 11 September with refreshments, entertainment, and prizes. Winning photos will form a permanent exhibition and may, with the permission of the photographer, be used in future promotional materials for the National Park.

Images of ScottsLand Competition
Women in the Trossachs launch their digital photography competition on 14 July with an evening cruise on the Steamship Sir Walter Scott. This competition is looking for the best photos taken at ScottsLand events. Full details of how to enter at www.womeninthetrossachs.org.uk.
Words in Windows Competition
Look for the lines of the poem The Lady of the Lake in shops and cafes in Callander. Pick up an entry form in any of the participating premises, the National Park Office on Main Street or the VisitScotland Information Centre – match the lines to the shop to win one of the prizes donated by Callander Enterprise members.
